Whether technical information about a specific product, accessory inquiries, or documentation materials: FRYKA Support assists you quickly and expertly. An email or a call is enough.
Since development, production, and support are closely linked, you receive in-depth technical information directly from the manufacturer. This provides clarity and avoids unnecessary coordination loops.

OEM support and technical further development
In addition to the service for FRYKA brand devices, we also accompany existing OEM solutions in the long term. Over time, new requirements may arise in OEM projects, for example, due to technical developments of the overall system, changed operating conditions, or new series generations.
FRYKA supports you in technically further developing existing OEM cooling concepts and adapting them for future device generations. Together, we examine which constructive or refrigeration technical changes are sensible and how these can be reliably transferred into a new series version.
Since development, design, and production at FRYKA work closely together, such adaptations can be examined in a structured manner and implemented technically cleanly. This ensures that your OEM refrigeration solution remains reproducible and technically up-to-date in the long term.
Repair and maintenance
Repairs are carried out by qualified specialist staff at the Esslingen location. Each device is inspected, analyzed, and professionally repaired. The goal is the reliable restoration of technical performance.
In advance, you receive a transparent assessment of the effort and possible measures. Even for older devices, we examine an economically sensible repair solution.
Thanks to our own development and production, we can react flexibly and often implement technical adjustments or replacement solutions directly.

Spare parts supply
Thanks to an extensive inventory and high manufacturing depth, FRYKA can ensure long-term spare parts supply. Frequently needed components are available, while other parts can be reproduced or technically replaced if necessary. This includes:

Renting a freezer from FRYKA offers you numerous advantages over purchasing a new device, especially for time-limited projects.
Specifically for temporary applications, such as in clinical studies, we provide selected series devices for rent. Renting is also an alternative to purchasing during production peaks with increased equipment needs or for technical validation of a planned application.

Responsibility beyond sales
FRYKA takes responsibility not only in development and manufacturing but also in ongoing operations. Our devices are designed to be low-maintenance and can be independently managed within the scope of regular cleaning and care. A maintenance contract is not required.
At the same time, we are available to you long-term as a manufacturer with technical advice, spare parts availability, and repair service. This way, you can use your refrigeration technology stably and economically over the long term.
FAQ: Frequently asked questions about service and support
As a manufacturer with our own development, production, and extensive parts inventory, we ensure long-term spare parts supply. Even older device generations can often still be supported.
After your inquiry, we coordinate the next steps with you. Through our telephone expert advice, we clarify in advance whether minor measures can be carried out directly on-site or whether sending it in is advisable. Once your device arrives at our factory, it is analyzed. You will receive a transparent assessment of the scope and effort from us. After approval of the repair, the professional restoration takes place. After the repair is completed, tests are conducted as with a new device.
A rental solution is suitable for time-limited projects, production peaks, or to validate planned applications. It allows flexibility without tying up capital.
FRYKA offers flexible rental models for different requirements. A short-term rental is possible from as little as four weeks, for example, for test phases, clinical studies, or short-term project needs.
Furthermore, equipment can also be rented for longer periods up to several years. Many companies use rental equipment to handle production peaks, test applications under real conditions, or prepare investment decisions.
The rental period can be individually adapted to your project. Our team will be happy to advise you on which solution is sensible for your timeframe and application.
FRYKA cooling and freezing devices are fundamentally designed to be low-maintenance. The refrigeration system is hermetically sealed and does not require regular maintenance.
However, to ensure the devices operate reliably over time, the finned condenser should be cleaned regularly. Depending on the installation location and degree of contamination, we recommend cleaning about once or twice a year.
Dust or dirt in the condenser can impair heat dissipation. In this case, the device operates less efficiently, and the desired set temperature may no longer be fully reached.
Therefore, maintenance particularly includes:
- Regular cleaning of the finned condenser
- Keeping the ventilation openings clear
- Positioning the device with sufficient air circulation
Maintenance of the refrigeration system itself is not required and is not intended due to the hermetic design. If temperature deviations persist despite cleaning, FRYKA support will gladly assist you with further examination.
